Event Details:
Please help investigators identify the man in these photos! He has been using fraudulent credit cards all over the metro to purchase cigarettes - unfortunately the credit cards aren't being reported as fraudulent until several days after the transactions take place. He is described as a black male driving a white Jeep Grand Cherokee.
