Robbery of Braums Store 200 S. Council Rd.
Oklahoma City Police Department News Release: On 5/10/2011 at approximately 9:00 p.m., Oklahoma City Police responded to an armed robbery at the Braums at 200 S. Council Rd. Officers were told that the suspect shopped in the store for a while and brought items to the cashier as if he were going to pay for the merchandise. The suspect told the cashier that this was a robbery and that he would kill her if she did not cooperate with him. The clerk complied and the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured. The suspect fled in a black car possibly a Honda Accord or Ford Focus with tinted windows. Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect as he was inside of the store (see attached photos). Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 235-7300.
