Description

Scrappers as they call themselves gained access to the roof of this building and dismantled 8 rooftop units, approx 50,000.00 to replace. The destruction of the units pieces being thrown on the roof also damaged the 1 year old roof fabric. The following rains poured into the interior of the offices causing additional damage.

The HVAC companies told me there were several thefts over the holiday weekend, while everyone was away from work.
