Incident Description

A white 4 door sedan - possibly a Camry - passed the property and 5 minutes later was seen entering property. Passenger of vehicle, white male, was seen approaching and knocking on the front door and then heading back to the vehicle. Driver of vehichle (white male) took a 5 gallon red plastic gas can and put into vehichle. The two males then approached the front door again but were scared off by something as they both quickly returned to the vehichle and backed out of the drive. This theft follows a previous break-in on the same property in late March of 2010.Video system was installed and is maintained by: Edmond Security [http://edmondsecurity.com]

Nathan Ozuna out of Choctaw, OK has been identified as the white male who stole the gas can. OKC Police refused to act since he was out of their jurisdiction. 2nd male still unidentified at this time.

Signed ticket with Oklahoma City Police. They said they would issue warrant for arrest. No time specified.

Crimseseen and Edmond Security was instrumental in being able to identify suspect. Just wish I had a warm fuzzy about the criminal being brought to justice.

Suspect identified - Police won't do anything

Suspect who took gas can identified as Nathan Ozuna out of Choctaw, Ok. 2nd suspect still unknown at this time. OKC Police won't do anything since it's a petty crime and outside their jurisdiction. Police said we had to go to OKC Police Dept to sign ticket for them to issue warrant and then they still wouldn't do anything until he was picked up for traffic violation.
