Description

Burglary investigators have obtained video of a man breaking into a car in the 4300 block of S. I-44 Service Rd. Near the end of the video, the owner of the car notices what is happening and begins to approach the suspect. The suspect points something at the victim (unknown what he pointed) causing the victim to stop.
